A quarter of a century

Writer's picture: AliceAlice

It was mollys birthday, and we journeyed back to the deer park for the last time before moving on to Kyoto.

We spent most of the day Pókemon hunting, seeking the legendaries through the botanical garden, and writing in the temple to bring us luck. We watched a kendo class where they taught us how to draw a sword correctly, and as it started to get cooler, we wandered through the food market in search of sweet things to try. Japan is not known for its desserts, but the cake we tried was delicious, and left us plenty of time to return for the evening and spend the night talking to the ones we love most back home
